Citemeter collects only the information needed to run GEO audits and communicate with you, including account details, contact email, submitted domains, and audit configuration inputs.

We process crawl outputs, model-response traces, and generated reports to deliver findings and evidence to your organization. Audit data is treated as confidential and is not sold.

We use service providers for infrastructure, storage, and authentication. Those providers process data only to operate the service on our behalf.

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your account data by contactinghello@citemeter.com.
